About The Position
Advanced Urology Institute, part of Urology Alliance, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide scheduled patient services under a physician’s direct supervision and responsibility. This mixed-model position combines outpatient clinic care with daily inpatient hospital rounds in Largo, Florida. The role works Monday through Friday and includes five prescheduled call days per month. It offers a guaranteed annual salary with bonus opportunities based on productivity. The organization is part of a physician-led specialty-care network and is supported by a Management Services Organization that provides infrastructure and operational support, including analytics, technology, revenue cycle, compliance, and operations. The partnership model is intended to preserve clinical autonomy and reduce administrative burdens so clinicians can focus on patient care.
Requirements
- Be a state-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

- Urology experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in hospital and clinic settings.
- Complete patient histories and physical examinations.
- Determine tentative diagnoses and order appropriate laboratory tests.
- Counsel patients and their families on health and disease.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing at assigned medical facilities.
- Work a flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Conduct daily inpatient hospital rounds.
