About The Position
Advanced Urology Institute, supported by Urology Alliance, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a mixed-model role in Largo, Florida. The position combines outpatient clinic care with daily inpatient hospital rounds, providing scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician. The schedule is Monday through Friday with five pre-scheduled call days per month. The role offers a guaranteed annual salary and bonus opportunities based on productivity.
Requirements
- State-licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled patient services in hospital and clinic settings under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician.
- Complete patient histories and physicals.
- Determine tentative diagnoses and order appropriate laboratory tests.
- Counsel patients and their families on health and disease.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and other requirements to maintain good standing for credentialing at assigned medical facilities.
- Work a flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Conduct daily inpatient hospital rounds and provide outpatient clinic care.
