About The Position

Northern Light Mercy Hospital is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join its established Cardiology practice in Portland, Maine. The role is part of a collaborative, patient-centered team and is a 100% outpatient, non-paneled position. The provider will perform stress tests, including nuclear stress tests, exercise stress tests, and stress echocardiograms, and work with a team of five cardiologists and two APPs.

The position offers a four-day work week, with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities. The annual base salary is $115,000–$132,000, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on quality incentives. Northern Light Health notes that the listed range may not include all additional compensation elements.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate qualification.
• At least 2 years of post-certification experience.
