About The Position

The Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) provides care through the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. The role works under the direction of the collaborating Physician and other supervising Physicians.

Requirements

• Current NP or PA-C license.
• Master's degree in a Nursing or Physician Assistant program.
• Current BLS and CPR certifications.
• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and perform appropriate physical examinations in a medical office setting.
• Interpret and evaluate patient data as authorized by the physician to determine patient management and treatment, consulting with a physician as appropriate.
• Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic medicine.
• Work closely with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
