Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
About The Position
The Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages in a community-focused healthcare setting in Chiefland, Florida. The role includes diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, supporting preventive medicine, and building continuity of care and meaningful patient relationships. Providers work collaboratively with a clinical team that includes a 2:1 nurse-to-provider ratio and dedicated LPN triage services. The position uses the NextGen EMR and sees approximately 20 patients per day. New graduates and experienced providers are welcome. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Base salary starts at $105,000 annually and increases based on experience, with performance-based incentive opportunities. Student loan repayment eligibility is available up to $75,000.
Requirements
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Active, unrestricted Florida license.
- Comfort providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
