Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
About The Position
The Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages in a community-focused healthcare setting in Trenton, Florida. The provider will work collaboratively with a clinical team supported by a 2:1 nurse-to-provider ratio and dedicated LPN triage services. The role involves approximately 20 patients per day and uses the NextGen electronic medical record system. New graduates and experienced providers are encouraged to apply. The position offers a Monday-through-Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Compensation starts at $105,000 annually and increases based on experience, with performance-based incentive opportunities. Eligible providers may receive up to $75,000 in student loan repayment.
Requirements
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Active, unrestricted Florida license.
- Comfort providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
- Ability to diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
