About The Position

The Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages in High Springs, Florida. The role includes diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions, delivering preventive care, supporting continuity of care, and building meaningful patient relationships. Providers work collaboratively with a clinical team that includes a 2:1 nurse-to-provider ratio and dedicated LPN triage services to minimize after-hours call responsibilities. The practice uses the NextGen EMR and sees approximately 20 patients per day. New graduates and experienced providers are encouraged to apply.

The schedule is a five-day workweek comprising three weekdays, Saturday, and Sunday. Saturday hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Sunday hours are 12:00 PM–4:00 PM. The position offers a starting base salary of $105,000 annually, with increases based on experience, along with incentive opportunities and student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000.

Requirements

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C).
• Active, unrestricted Florida license.
• Comfort providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
