Advance Practice Provider - Family Medicine
About The Position
ProMedica Physicians Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join its Family Medicine team in Adrian, Michigan. The role provides 100% outpatient care to Family Medicine and Sports Medicine patients, working alongside one physician and two other Advanced Practice Providers. The position follows a Monday–Friday day schedule and includes a 1:6 call rotation. Nurse Practitioners in this role provide healthcare services such as diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing chronic and long-term conditions, and promoting health and wellness. Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner applicants must have a Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree.
- Physician Assistant applicants must have a master’s degree.
- Required state licensure(s) for the state(s) where the Nurse Practitioner will work.
- Certificate of Authority to practice.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification and certification(s) applicable to the role.
