Advance Practice Provider

CVS Health•Dallas, TX

About The Position

This float position supports MinuteClinic clinics in the Greater Dallas area and may be scheduled full time or part time. MinuteClinic providers deliver affordable, accessible, comprehensive, high-quality primary and family care in a clinic-based setting. The role emphasizes in-person care; virtual visits may be conducted from the clinic when onsite patient volume is lower and virtual care does not delay or interfere with in-person care. Providers practice with clinical and organizational support, evidence-based guidelines, and collaborative resources. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts. The position is open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates who meet the education, certification, and licensure requirements for their profession. Providers assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions; conduct preventive and diagnostic services; and coordinate care. They also contribute to clinic operations, patient follow-up, and maintaining a safe, efficient care environment. The posted hourly pay rate for the Greater Dallas location is $65.50–$76 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials and a quarterly incentive plan. The stated job-grade pay range is $41.85–$90.13. Actual offers depend on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. The position may also be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
