About The Position

Epic Health is seeking an English/Spanish bilingual Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join its multi-specialty practice in the Chicago-Cicero area. This on-site role provides patient-centered care across primary care and pediatrics in a fast-paced environment. The position is open to new graduates, with 2–5 years of experience in primary care and pediatrics preferred. A background check is required. Compensation is a base salary of $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience, plus eligibility for up to $9,000 in quarterly performance bonuses. Bonus eligibility and structure may be updated periodically in alignment with company programs. Potential student repayment options are also mentioned. Requirements

Illinois PA or APRN licensure.
Master’s degree in a related field.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Demonstrated understanding of patient care, commitment to continued learning, and compassion.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt while prioritizing patient outcomes.

Nice To Haves

2–5 years of experience in primary care and pediatrics; the posting notes this is preferred and that new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

Examine patients, gather health histories, and evaluate physical conditions to inform diagnoses and treatment decisions.
Prescribe therapy or medications with physician approval and coordinate care to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
Administer and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays, EKGs, and lab work.
Counsel patients on health regimens, growth and development, family planning, and preventative care.
Perform procedures including injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations.
Supervise and coordinate technicians and assistants.
