About The Position
Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Pulmonary Hypertension team at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves 4-10 hour shifts weekly, encompassing both in-office patient care and virtual home visits. The hours may fluctuate based on patient volume and needs. The position offers the chance to practice within the Pulmonary Hypertension clinic and participate in inpatient hospital rounding. A competitive compensation and benefits package is provided.
Requirements
- Experience practicing as a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required.
- Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, and planning skills.
- Must be hard working, proactive, and dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Must be comfortable assessing patients independently.
- Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
Nice To Haves
- Pulmonary Hypertension, Heart Failure, or Palliative Care Experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Pulmonary Hypertension team.
- Provide care in the Pulmonary Hypertension clinic.
