About The Position
Advanced Urology Institute, powered by Urology Alliance, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join their team in St. Augustine, FL. The position combines outpatient clinic care with inpatient hospital responsibilities, offering a mixed-model role and a 4-day work week to promote work-life balance. The provider will work under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician.
Requirements
- State Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Urology experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in both a hospital & clinic setting
- Complete patient histories and physicals
- Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
- Counsel the patient and family on health and disease
- Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to remain in good standing for credentialing purposes at assigned medical facilities
- Work flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
