About The Position

This is a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position floating between Family and Internal Medicine Clinic locations in the Salt Lake Valley. The role involves covering long-term leaves and existing provider templates across approximately 25 buildings. Intermountain Health is an integrated, not-for-profit health system serving the Intermountain West, with a comprehensive range of services including hospitals, clinics, a medical group, homecare, telehealth, and health insurance plans. Requirements

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) or more years of experience preferred.
• Master’s degree.
• Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.

Responsibilities

• Covering both Family and Internal Medicine Clinics in the Salt Lake Valley.
• Providing coverage for long-term leaves.
• Fulfilling needs within current provider templates.
