About The Position

About this role: As a Family Medicine APP, you will practice at our large downtown practice. In this role you will collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, a nurse practitioner, care coordinators and integrated behavioral health providers.
Requirements
- Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
- Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) or more years of experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Master’s degree.
