About The Position

As a Family Medicine APP, you will practice at our large downtown practice. In this role you will collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, a nurse practitioner, care coordinators and integrated behavioral health providers. Requirements

Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Nice To Haves

Two (2) or more years of experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
