About The Position

Sollis Health is hiring a per diem Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to conduct house calls for its patients as needed. The role provides concierge emergency medical care for adult and pediatric patients with urgent or emergent conditions that would typically be treated in a traditional emergency room. Care is delivered in patients’ homes or other settings outside a clinic, with attending Physician supervision or oversight. This position uses a piece-rate compensation model: when a patient needs a house call, the provider receives a text asking whether they are available to see the patient within an hour. If available, the provider travels to conduct the visit and is paid $750 per house call. Providers collaborate with Physicians, nurses, technicians, the Medical Director, and other clinical teams to deliver care, coordinate follow-up, and ensure policies and quality standards are followed.
