About The Position

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring a full-time, clinic-based provider to support its Lexington, South Carolina clinic, with a schedule of 30–40 hours per week. The role delivers high-quality, evidence-based in-person primary and family care, with virtual care visits conducted from the clinic during lower onsite patient volume when they do not delay or interfere with in-person care. Providers work with clinical support and collaborative resources in a “one store, one team” environment. Every-other-weekend availability on Saturday and Sunday is required. Multi-state licensure is preferred and may be required based on business needs. The provider assesses, diagnoses, treats, and manages acute and chronic conditions; conducts diagnostic testing, preventive counseling, injury and illness treatment, and care coordination; and supports wellness services, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings. The role also includes clinic operations such as inventory management, opening and closing, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, examinations, and timely appointment management. Charting and follow-up are completed during scheduled shifts. NP applicants must hold an active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license and a master’s degree from an accredited FNP program, along with current AANP or ANCC board certification and active BLS certification. One year of NP experience is preferred, though qualified new graduates may be considered. PA applicants must have at least two years of PA experience, the specified PA education, current NCCPA certification, an active unrestricted state PA license or eligibility to obtain one upon hire, and active BLS certification. Both NP and PA applicants must be able to provide holistic, evidence-based care, complete a DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment, pass a respirator fit test, and be physically present at the assigned clinic. Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on market needs. The typical pay range is $37.66–$81.11 per hour. The position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to base pay. Eligible full-time colleagues receive benefits that include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources. The application window is anticipated to close January 29, 2027.
