About The Position

The Admissions Host welcomes guests to SEA LIFE + PEPPA PIG World of Play in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and helps them begin their attraction visit with a positive, memorable experience. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with efficient entry, keeping queues organized and safe, maintaining clean and stocked public areas, and completing opening and closing duties. Admissions Hosts work with the team to create enjoyable experiences for guests of all ages. This is a seasonal position paying $13.98 per hour.

Requirements

• Six months to one year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Reliable and enthusiastic.
