About The Position

The Retail Host works on the Retail Team at SEA LIFE Michigan and Peppa Pig World of Play Michigan, helping create fun and memorable guest experiences. The role involves delivering friendly, enthusiastic service, interacting with guests, supporting safe and smooth operations, and keeping public areas clean, organized, and stocked. Hosts also follow opening and closing procedures. This is a seasonal position requiring availability 2–3 days per week, including at least one weekend day; Wednesday and Sunday availability is required. The pay rate is USD $13.98 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest experiences.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working around crowds, loud noises, and attraction environments.
• Reliable and enthusiastic.

• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Nice To Haves

• 6 months–1 year of experience in attractions, entertainment, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
