About The Position

The Academy of Our Lady of Peace (OLP) is seeking an Admissions Enrollment Manager to support its mission by attracting, engaging, enrolling, and retaining mission-appropriate students. This role acts as a primary ambassador for OLP, working under the Director of Enrollment Management to execute strategic recruitment, admissions, enrollment, and retention efforts. The manager will coordinate key admissions and enrollment events, build relationships with prospective, admitted, and current students and families, mentor student leaders, and contribute to initiatives that foster family engagement and a sense of belonging throughout the enrollment process. The position requires a relational, detail-oriented, and mission-aligned approach, emphasizing OLP's Catholic identity and the charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet (CSJ). This is a full-time, twelve-month exempt position that includes supervising volunteers.
