The Admissions or Discharge Coordinator is responsible for reviewing admission packets and distributing them to the program director and the director of nursing services for approval. They will also work with conservators and outside sources for discharge placement.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED.
Warm, friendly personality with exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to manage a variety of duties accurately with frequent disruptions.
Accepts responsibility and accountability for actions while demonstrating initiative with excellent judgment.
Has the ability to relate positively with all levels of professionals as well as clientele.
Loyal, reliable, tactful, honest, and discreet, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

Reviewing admission packets and distributing them to the program director and the director of nursing services for approval.
Working with conservators and outside sources for discharge placement.
