Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Warm, friendly personality with exceptional customer service skills
Ability to manage a variety of duties accurately with frequent disruptions
Accepts responsibility and accountability for actions while demonstrating initiative with excellent judgment
Has the ability to relate positively with all levels of professionals as well as clientele
Loyal, reliable, tactful, honest, and discreet, maintaining confidentiality at all times

Responsibilities

Review admission packets and distribute them to the program director and the director of nursing services for approval
Work with conservators and outside sources for discharge placement
