About The Position

Wipro is seeking an Administrator L3 to support network infrastructure projects. The role covers the design, installation, configuration, upgrades, and operation of routers and switches, as well as network builds, expansions, integrations, and automated deployments. The position works across data center fabrics, edge, backbone, and metro fiber networks and includes executing assigned Jira tickets and coordinating with teams and projects.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience.
Mandatory skill: Cisco routing and switching.
Working experience with routers and switches, including design, installation, configuration, upgrades, and operations.
Proficiency in network protocols and standards including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VRRP, SNMP, STP/RSTP, VLANs, and routing protocols such as IS-IS, OSPF, and BGP.
Networking expertise across BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, TCP/IP, IPv4, IPv6, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, VPN, and SSL.
Experience working with Arista, Cisco, and other network hardware.
Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Python scripting and automation experience.

Responsibilities

Design, install, configure, upgrade, and operate routers and switches.
Deploy greenfield network infrastructure and enable connectivity for new OCI regions and child sites.
Develop scripts and automation, preferably in Python, to reduce manual deployment effort.
Support brownfield scaling, including CFAB rack additions, compute expansions, server rack additions, and decommissions.
Build and manage data center fabrics, edge, backbone, and metro fiber networks.
Execute region builds, DRCC/Alloy expansions, multi-cloud integrations, and Butterfly turn-ups.
Operate and build CI/CD pipeline environments using GitHub and OCI internal tools for automated deployments.
Execute assigned Jira tickets related to Network infrastructure RNS projects.
Attend and coordinate team and project meetings.
