About The Position

Ignite Medical Resort Huntersville is hiring an Administrator in Training to help lead its skilled rehabilitation facility and prepare to grow into a Skilled Nursing Home Administrator role. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare administration, social work, business administration, or a related field, and demonstrates leadership potential, initiative, accountability, and organizational skills. The position calls for someone motivated and eager to learn, comfortable making decisions, customer-service-minded, and able to lead and mentor a team independently in a hospitality-like environment. Prior healthcare or long-term care experience would be beneficial.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; healthcare administration, social work, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
