About The Position

TransUnion's Sales team is responsible for driving business growth by effectively managing customers, business opportunities, and strategic relationships. This function works closely with Finance, Operations, and other key areas to ensure efficient execution of business processes and a high-level experience for internal and external customers. The team directly contributes to TransUnion's mission of delivering reliable information, data analytics, and solutions that enable organizations to make decisions with confidence. The specific reporting line requires validation. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related business field; equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in functions related to commercial support, operations, customer service, account management, or related areas.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of business processes, data management, cross-functional coordination, and operational follow-up to support business results.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal communication, and priority management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management, CRM) or similar customer relationship management tools.
  • Functional knowledge of Ariba or comparable platforms for procurement, vendor management, or related process administration.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, organize information, and support data-driven business decisions.
  • Ability to work with multiple enterprise systems, collaboration tools, and information management platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Account Support, or Customer Support roles.
  • Experience supporting key accounts, corporate clients, or enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, pricing, contracts, billing, or related operational workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, operational, and analytical support to the Sales team to ensure efficient execution of business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Operations, and other business areas, to support the execution of business initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce or other CRM tools to support effective management of customers, opportunities, and business activities.
  • Support processes related to accounts, quotes, contracts, pricing, billing, and commercial follow-up, as applicable.
  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute business reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Respond to internal and external customer requests, ensuring high levels of service, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in commercial support processes and contribute to the implementation of more efficient practices.
  • Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Contribute to business success through consistent, accurate, and customer-oriented execution.
