About The Position

This position is a full-time in an office setting located in Ponca City, Oklahoma. The role involves serving as the Navigator at reception, assisting customers with inquiries, answering general questions, entering and retrieving client information in the computer, and uploading documents timely and accurately. The position requires demonstrating the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy. The Administrative Technician III will also serve as the EBT clerk, make appropriate program referrals to community resources, and provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and in a timely manner. Responsibilities include participating in individual and staff conferences, attending all mandatory trainings, and writing, presenting, and interpreting information clearly, concisely, and in an organized manner. The role requires maintaining compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards, and performing various backup duties as required.

Requirements

  • Two years of clerical office experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must maintain required car insurance
