The Administrative Associate III works under general supervision and provides complex administrative support work. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks for a district office, processing new employee applications, and assisting the district supervisor with training employees on various documents and reporting. This role establishes and maintains follow-up procedures for reports, handles mail distribution, dispatches outgoing mail, provides billing information, maintains pesticide use reports, and tracks equipment inventory. The position also serves as the office receptionist, issues wildlife damage management equipment, maintains relationships with cooperators, provides billing data, and facilitates communication between cooperators and the District Supervisor. Additionally, the role is responsible for accurate time and attendance reporting, processing leave requests, submitting time and attendance for federal employees, and ensuring employees complete mandated training. The Administrative Associate III also assists with inventory of drugs and sensitive products and performs other directed duties.
