This position is full-time in an office setting and serves as the Navigator at reception, assisting customers with inquiries, answering general questions, entering and retrieving client information in the computer, and uploading documents in a timely and accurate manner. The role requires demonstrating the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy. The Administrative Technician III also serves as the EBT clerk, makes appropriate program referrals to community resources, and provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and promptly. Responsibilities include participating in individual and staff conferences, attending all mandatory training, and presenting information clearly and concisely. The position requires maintaining compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards, and performing various backup duties as required.
