About The Position

This role provides essential administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing communications and providing a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include handling mail, managing company vehicle usage, scheduling, filing, and assisting with various administrative projects.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedure.
  • Outgoing, friendly, service-oriented disposition.
  • Ability to operate a computer and use office software effectively.
  • Ten-key calculator skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Maintains composure in stressful situations.
  • Reports to work on time and as scheduled.

  • Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct Priefert visitors and employees in a kind, professional manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for callers and direct phone calls appropriately.
  • Handle outbound mail and add postage to mailings accurately.
  • Keep track of company vehicle usage and organize vehicle keys.
  • Multi-task assignments effectively.
  • Schedule appointments, return calls, and answer questions.
  • Organize files and perform various clerical duties.
  • Manage time effectively.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
  • Assist in various administrative projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.
