Requirements

  • Masters Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; Years of experience may be substituted for education requirement, per customer approval.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to multiple stakeholders.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to work as part of an integrated team.
  • Must have strong communication skills and possess some technical writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must have and be able to maintain a Secret security clearance with eligibility for Special Access Programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MILPDS, MyFSS, BLSDM
  • Test Conductor experience with military systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, Facilitate, and Manage organizational schedules and calendars
  • Manage and de-conflict schedules and organizational commitments, along with coordinating and facilitating meetings and conferences.
  • Create, manage and maintain databases and rosters to include; reviewing, proofreading, and correcting outgoing correspondence, updating squadron rosters, and distributing office mail.
  • Coordinate meeting/conference organization and preparation, which includes developing agendas and presentations, scheduling, and preparation of meeting venue, recording, and tracking action items, and performing venue security duties.
  • Update official bulletins, displays and announcements.
  • Act as alternate to the Unit Personnel Coordinator; assist with in/out processing of military, civilian and contractor personnel.
  • Assist with Human Resource duties; assist with performing as a system operator for Military Personnel Data System (MILPDS), MyFSS, Base Level Service Delivery Model (BLSDM) and Military Leave Web.
