About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to assist with medical billing operations in the home healthcare space. This role is ideal for an entry-level candidate eager to learn and grow, though we are open to more experienced professionals as well. MEDICAL BILLING EXPERIENCE IS REQURED!!

Requirements

  • MEDICAL BILLING EXPERIENCE IS REQURED!!
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data accurately
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and escalate issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong Excel skills (spreadsheets, pivot tables; 7/10 proficiency)
  • Typing speed of 35–45 WPM
  • Comfortable learning new tools and exploring efficient/innovative (AI-driven) solutions
  • Excel and typing assessments required
  • Proactive and self-starter mentality
  • Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to healthcare, medical billing, or administrative support preferred
  • Experience with invoicing, accounting support, or reconciliations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for medical billing processes within home healthcare
  • Assist with claim preparation, submission, and tracking to ensure timely processing
  • Identify and help resolve billing discrepancies (approximately 10% of claims may require investigation)
  • Support invoicing and basic account reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and documentation issues
  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency
