About the role Job Summary The Administrator is responsible for providing basic administrative support by following established procedures. This role works under close supervision and handles routine tasks to support office operations. This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and work under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail handling.
  • Support scheduling and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with logistics.
  • Follow instructions and escalate non-routine issues.
