About The Position

Blast It Clean is a growing industrial cleaning and surface preparation company supporting commercial and industrial clients. We pride ourselves on running a highly organized, efficient operation—both in the field and in the office. We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and who takes ownership of their work to help support our daily operations. This is not a traditional receptionist role. This position is a key support role within the office, responsible for keeping daily operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly. You will support the Office Manager and Finance Director while handling front desk responsibilities, administrative coordination, and data entry. The right candidate is someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of administrative or office experience preferred (entry-level considered)
  • Experience with CRM or accounting systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently
  • Greet visitors and maintain a strong first impression
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate ordering
  • Coordinate crew lodging and basic travel logistics
  • Respond to general customer and vendor inquiries
  • Provide accurate information regarding company services
  • Relay messages and follow up on requests as directed
  • Escalate urgent or complex issues to management
  • Enter new deals and maintain accurate customer records in company systems
  • Assist with basic data entry related to credit card reconciliation and administrative tracking
  • Support entry-level bookkeeping functions as directed
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and documentation
  • Support internal coordination between office and field teams
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and administrative processes
  • Help maintain an organized, professional, and team-oriented work environment
  • Assist with employee events and internal coordination as needed
