The Contractor shall provide Administrative Support, including analysis, procedural competency, and process improvement strategies with increasing levels of responsibility. This role involves staff support for senior managers and organizational staff, researching and compiling information for projects, and preparing clear, concise written communications. The position monitors task progress, supports program events by providing background information, and drafts documents for leadership approval. It also involves disseminating program policy and initiative guidance, coordinating and documenting meetings (physical and virtual), preparing background information, inviting participants, and ensuring proper filing of documentation such as attendance logs, minutes, and action items. Maintaining scheduling documents, meeting minutes, and requirements for video/online conferencing, including equipment maintenance logs, is also a key responsibility. The role requires maintaining filing systems and safeguarding classified documents.
