About The Position

The Contractor shall provide Administrative Support, including analysis, procedural competency, and process improvement strategies with increasing levels of responsibility. This role involves staff support for senior managers and organizational staff, researching and compiling information for projects, and preparing clear, concise written communications. The position monitors task progress, supports program events by providing background information, and drafts documents for leadership approval. It also involves disseminating program policy and initiative guidance, coordinating and documenting meetings (physical and virtual), preparing background information, inviting participants, and ensuring proper filing of documentation such as attendance logs, minutes, and action items. Maintaining scheduling documents, meeting minutes, and requirements for video/online conferencing, including equipment maintenance logs, is also a key responsibility. The role requires maintaining filing systems and safeguarding classified documents.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide staff support for senior managers and organizational staff.
  • Research and compile information pertaining to projects/topics.
  • Prepare factual, clear, concise, complete, and appropriately coordinated written communications.
  • Monitor progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives.
  • Provide support by supplying information and background for the preparation of program events.
  • Draft documents for the approval and signature of leadership.
  • Disseminate program policy and specific initiative guidance for members of the organization.
  • Coordinate, document, monitor, and support a variety of meetings and conferences, including scheduling and set up of physical and virtual meetings.
  • Prepare background information and invites required meeting participants ensuring documentation of the meetings are filed IAW organizational policy.
  • Maintain scheduling documents, meeting minutes, and requirements for video and online conferencing set up and execution.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure the proper safeguarding of classified documents of records.
