The Administrative Support Specialist supports SurePoint Electronics by maintaining accurate documentation and entering, verifying, and managing business data across internal and external systems. This role works closely with the Purchasing Manager and Production Manager to assist with quote generation and ensure that customer and intercompany sales orders and manufacturing orders are entered correctly and on time. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, the ability to multitask, and a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-changing, ever fluid environment.
