Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well. Salary range (but not limited to): 43,600 - 53,200 About the role We are looking for an Administrative Support to join our growing team! This is a 12-month contract, on-site at our office five days per week. Location: Toronto, 700 University Avenue

Requirements

  • Administrative Technician or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years minimum of experience in an office environment.
  • Legendary customer service and relationship building.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • No work experience in Canada required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various recurring administrative tasks such as shipping of documents, equipment, or correspondence, entering data, scanning or filing, requisitioning equipment or supplies, setting up workstations, etc.
  • Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
  • Transcribe data from documents or databases using standardized practices.
  • Respond to a variety of requests.
  • Support projects or new initiatives as requested.
