The GAME School is looking for an Administrative Support Coordinator to support leadership across Tempe and LA. Based in LA, the Administrative Support Coordinator will play a critical role in enabling smooth operations as we launch academic programs in ASU’s California Center. The Administrative Support Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the School Director based in Tempe, AZ and faculty located in Los Angeles, CA. This role serves as a key point of coordination between geographically distributed teams, ensuring efficient scheduling, administrative processes, and event support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an evolving academic unit.
