About The Position

This position involves coordinating complex administrative and secretarial duties to maintain and promote overall office efficiency. Responsibilities include a variety of clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing files, taking meeting minutes, collecting payments, and ordering supplies. The role also requires working with leads and supervisors on technical and procedural challenges, and providing training and direction to new team members.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to: Typing various correspondence, reports, articles; Greeting and directing visitors; Answering telephones, taking messages, directing intercom pages; Scheduling appointments/meetings; Maintaining department/office files, record keeping, patient record filing; Taking meeting minutes; Collecting payments; Keeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department/office
  • Work with lead and/or supervisor on day-to-day technical/procedure challenges
  • Provide training and direction to new team members
  • Performs related duties as required.
