About The Position

This role is for an Administrative Specialist II to work on a client permit renewal project. The position is located in Downtown Seattle and is expected to last up to 6 months. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and some flexibility if needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week
  • Availability for the duration of up to 6 months
  • Flexibility in work hours if needed

Responsibilities

  • Update facility mailing addresses
  • Fold and mail permits
  • Follow up on incorrect payments received
  • Process checks received with no applications by printing the application
  • File letters
  • Answer phones
  • Triage calls and tasks
