Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff across departments
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and basic scheduling needs
  • Support office organization and day-to-day operational tasks
  • Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment
  • Other duties as assigned
