We are looking for an Administrative Program Coordinator to provide operational and programmatic support to the Associate Director for Community Outreach and Engagement (COE), advancing the cancer center’s mission to reduce cancer burden through community engagement, research support, and evidence-based initiatives. You will support a portfolio of programs spanning community outreach, education, and clinical, translational, and basic science research, assisting with collaborative projects, cooperative group efforts, and day-to-day program coordination. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders across medical, research, administrative, and support teams, as well as external partners and community organizations. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support partnerships across departments such as the Beckman Research Institute, HACE, Community Benefits, Communications and Marketing, and Government Relations.
