Seattle Pacific University is seeking a Coordinator of Community Outreach and Engagement to support student engagement in meaningful service opportunities throughout the greater Seattle area. Working closely with the Director of Student Ministries, this position provides leadership for SPU's Urban Involvement program, supports student leaders, develops community partnerships, and helps create opportunities for students to engage in service, learning, and relationship-building with local organizations and churches. The ideal candidate is passionate about student development, community engagement, Christian service, and mentoring student leaders. This role requires strong organizational skills, relationship-building ability, and a commitment to helping students connect faith, learning, and service. This position is based on SPU's Seattle campus and requires occasional evening and weekend participation in student programs and events. The Coordinator of Community Outreach and Engagement position supports Seattle Pacific University’s mission by contributing to a Christ‑centered learning and working community committed to academic excellence, service, and engagement with the world.
