About The Position

TruTeam is seeking an energetic operational support professional to manage its busy branch office. This role is ideal for a reliable, well-organized individual who can handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The position involves a variety of tasks related to accounting, credit/collections, IT, and overall administrative requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks
  • Strong Microsoft skills with focus on Excel
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required

Responsibilities

  • Daily check deposit processing
  • Perform accounting and/or financial analysis
  • Monitor credit and collections activities
  • Reconcile unapplied payments against work orders to determine where payments need applied
  • Research payment reconciliations
  • Check Builder Websites for Purchase Orders, Downloading & printing Purchase Orders from websites
  • Manage daily conversion of quotes to work orders
  • Review customer Purchase Orders
  • Review & compare work tickets to purchase orders
  • Book Work Orders
  • Review & prioritize based on Production Schedule
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
  • Perform general office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
  • Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned
