About The Position

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, this key role ensures smooth internal processes and efficient workflows across the organization. You will be the "hub" of daily execution, supporting everything from finance and HR to facility maintenance and IT setup. This is a dynamic, hands-on position ideal for someone who is responsive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully on-site position located at Emma Prusch Farm Park in San Jose.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of administrative, operations, or office support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • A deep commitment to racial, economic, and social justice.
  • Professional fluency (verbal and written) in both Spanish and English.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Gusto, or Bill.com.
  • Basic experience in bookkeeping or finance support.
