About The Position

Wharton-Smith, Inc., a highly regarded construction company, is seeking qualified candidates for a Project Admin (administrative) position in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. This role provides administrative support to project teams, including the Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Superintendent. The position involves utilizing project management software to generate and track subcontracts, purchase orders, bonds, and other functions. Additionally, the role requires using departmental software for research and report review, maintaining project documents, assembling supporting documents for project manuals, and performing routine internet functions. Knowledge of processing Owner Direct Purchase purchases and MBE reporting is a plus, as is familiarity with RedTeam Software. Other administrative and general office duties may also be assigned.

  • Ability to comply with applicable department policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in copying/moving files and creating directories in a Windows environment.
  • Attention to detail and math skills.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable and professional demeanor.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
