This position completes numerous mission-critical functions in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or the facility’s Executive Board to ensure RICA-Baltimore sustains a family-driven, youth-guided program. Examples of work include acting as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, compiling and completing reports for the CEO to be sent to various public and private officials and organizations, supervising the preparation of all facility policies and procedural manuals (outside of Human Resources), maintaining facility organizational charts, compiling and presenting statistical data and reports as it relates to public and private RTC’s (includes ADP, average census, e.g.), assisting in the supervision of the facilities information management program/systems, regularly communicating with officials from both the public and private sector (on behalf of the CEO), providing consultation to the facility’s Executive Board on State and facility policies/procedures, ensuring the facility’s administrative wing and support services by maintaining the supplies necessary, and acting as the official timekeeper for the administrative wing and facility’s secretarial staff. In addition, this position oversees the secretarial staff assigned to the front desk and assigned coverage.
