About The Position

Radiology at St. Jude is a unique department where clinical care, research, and operations converge. Strong operational support is crucial to this process. We are seeking an Administrative Manager to integrate people, processes, and priorities, enabling a complex and dynamic department to perform at its best. This role is central to the department, involving relationship building across specialties, identifying needs, establishing structure, and creating clear pathways for complex initiatives. The Administrative Manager will collaborate closely with departmental leadership and teams throughout St. Jude, gaining insight into both the clinical and research aspects of Radiology. Key responsibilities include leading administrative and operational functions such as resource coordination, process improvement, program support, vendor and contract management, and overseeing administrative operations. A significant part of the role involves leading the people within these functions, including coaching and developing team members, fostering collaboration, and implementing systems and processes for effective departmental operation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • 10+ years of experience managing administrative activities.
  • Experience in managing communications with cross functional leaders/ stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing people either directly or indirectly.
