About The Position

The position provides comprehensive administrative and database support for the registration, transfer, discontinuation, and renewal of Registered Line Technicians. The position requires accurate data entry, record maintenance, filing, correspondence handling, and interaction with applicants, registrants, supervisors, and visitors. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely registration records, ensuring data integrity within the LBAB database, processing a high volume of applications and status changes, and providing administrative support for the annual renewal of a substantial number of licenses, certifications, and registrations. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive administrative responsibilities. This position will be filled as a Job Appointment. In the event that funds become available for a permanent position, the employee may be converted to a probational appointment.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in administrative services.
  • Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience.
  • At least two years of clerical experience
