This position provides administrative support to our Site Design team, playing a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing routine correspondence, responding to inquiries from internal staff and external clients, and directing communications to the appropriate departments. The Administrative Coordinator will greet visitors professionally, maintain visitor logs, and help foster a welcoming office environment. Additional duties include handling incoming phone calls, delivering messages accurately and promptly, and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs to support effective scheduling and team operations.
