Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support their President and help drive day-to-day operations. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted right hand to leadership—ensuring schedules run smoothly, communications are handled efficiently, and key priorities stay on track. From managing an executive calendar and coordinating meetings to supporting accounting processes and office operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the business running seamlessly. You’ll also partner closely with the Business Manager to assist with back-office functions, including accounts receivable, vendor coordination, and operational logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, communicating across teams, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
